Community Summit North America, held virtually October 7-9, 2020, will offer dedicated Microsoft educational tracks across multiple areas of the application.

These tracks will focus on a core Microsoft Business Application solution, focused on individual roles, with real-world scenarios, examples, shared experiences, demos and tips and tricks.

BI, Reporting & Analytics

 Application design and structure across Dynamics 365/CRM and Power Platform environment including the user of the Common Data service (CDS). Additionally there will be focus on extensibility and code required modifications. In addition to Citizen Developer, Upgrade and implementing stories and best practices to enhance applications.

Leadership & Professional Development               

Sharpen your personal and professional development skills, by deepening levels of self-awareness and helping build professional competencies. Explore D365/CRM buy-in, understanding CRM for the organizational side, collaboration with other departments & teams and organizational change management will be discussed.

Session around PowerApps, Flow, Common Data Service, & Azure best practices as it relates to the use of data and integration with existing Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement will be prioritized.
